Students that are learning English as a 2nd language have access to services at each of the district’s school sites. When students enroll, if their Home Language Survey indicates that languages other than English are spoken in the home, a student will be assessed to determine their English Language proficiency. Depending on the assessment results, a student may receive services, or will be followed closely to assure that the student is learning and progressing in the curriculum.
